Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item/size)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact

2. Return Request

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please contact us with order details and clear photos of the issue

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or altered products
  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products
  • Exchange is subject to product availability

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless the product is damaged or incorrect
  • In case of our error, we will arrange or reimburse the return shipping

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve the issue at the earliest.
