1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item/size)
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
2. Return Request
- You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
- Please contact us with order details and clear photos of the issue
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or altered products
- Items purchased on sale or discount
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products
- Exchange is subject to product availability
6. Return Shipping
- Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless the product is damaged or incorrect
- In case of our error, we will arrange or reimburse the return shipping
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
